I found Atulay Nehra to be a lawyer lacking in good faith. To this day, I still harbour suspicions, albeit unconfirmed, about Nehra colluding with the opposing party. At the very beginning of my case itself, I replaced him as my lawyer and was very relieved to do so.
I understand that it is quite easy to be swayed by good ratings but then do remember that the real test of a lawyer is his behaviour and attitude during the litigation process. In this regard, I found Nehra's attitude and temperament rather uncooperative, cunning and evasive. His true colours were also on full display once the litigation process started.
If you are about to pick Nehra as your lawyer, all I will ask you to do is to choose wisely.
