I had a very bad expirience with the lawyer suggested by you Sh.JPRinwa.My matter was of urgent nature related to will.He assured me that he we act withi three days and asked me to deposite Rs.25000 in his account I agreed and tranferred Rs.25000 immidiately to his account.He had done nothing and after 6 days he asked 25000 more.When I told him to first prepare paper then I wii give another Rs.25000 then he told me that he will think over that he will take my case or not and will intimate me in the evening.I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT EVEN AFTER 6 DAY YOU DID NOTHING THEN HE BECOME HARSH AND BEHAVE BADLY.When asked for return of money he said 7000 is taken br Lawrato and balance will be refund.But he didnot refund any money and refused to return any money.I expect yoe are being a good company will get my refund back.

. Gave time as he should for the initial meeting listened patiently, offered to accept the case with confidence. However, avoided giving clear answers for a few questions which were essential to confidently go ahead with him. proably I can fix one more meeting with him and then judge him. Generally the meeting was ok.

The lawyer did not give me enough time. Pressurised for deposit which I did and paid him 15k. Afterwards I got confirmation from old lawyer that he has already filled application which I Informed to Mr. Rinwa that existing advocate has already filled application and he has already charged me. Mr. Rinwa’s response was I’ve proceeded too(without waqalatnama) and can’t refund the amount you have deposited. That was ridiculous totally. Disappointed with lawrato reference.
